.........The Common Problem of Panchayats and Villages....

The mostly houses in villages have their toilets and they are using them. In town, there is responsibilities of the nagar palika to handle the solid waste management, clean the rods and bypass the waste water.

But in villages,panchayat are not doing such kind of jobs therefore rods and waste water are becoming dirty day by day.

My suggestion is that if panchayat use the MNAREGA labourer to clean the village daily and distribute the common Dustbin.This idea will help to clean village.

जल हि जीवन है | जल ही जीवन है। पर वह जल जो पीने योग्य हो । अतः प्रकृति से प्राप्त वर्षा , नदी , झरनों तथा भूमिगत जल का संरक्षण करना आवश्यक है। क्योंकि इनका जल ही हम पीने के लिए प्रयोग कर सकते है यदि ये जल समुद्र में बह कर मिल गया तो ये पीने योग्य नहीं रहेगा और विश्व में पीने योग्य जल का संकट उत्पन्न हो जायेगा। इस लिए उपयोग के अनुसार ही जल का उपयोग करना चाहिए। वर्षा के जल को भूमि और तालाबो में संग्रहित करना चाहिए। घरों दूषित जल को दोवारा शुद्धिकरण करके नहरों के माध्यम से खेती में प्रयोग करना चाहिए ।
